5. Product Handling and Storage

Our products are perishable and must be stored under proper refrigeration conditions immediately upon delivery.
Gangotri Ice Cubes is not responsible for product degradation caused by improper handling, storage, or delays in acceptance after delivery.

6. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once delivery is completed.

  • Any issue regarding product quality must be reported immediately upon receipt.

  • Order cancellations are only accepted before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation or refund requests cannot be accommodated.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within 7 working days.

7. Bulk Orders and Business Clients

Bulk and recurring orders are subject to separate terms, including minimum order quantities, delivery schedules, and payment conditions.
